Adding even more substance to the claim that President Obama is nothing more than a bunch of meaningless words in an empty suit, the President dropped this joke of a promise during his speech yesterday to the assembly of tyrants and dictators at the UN:
America will always stand with those who stand up for their dignity and their rights – for the student who seeks to learn; the voter who demands to be heard; the innocent who longs to be free; and the oppressed who yearns to be equal.
Hmmmm…don’t remember that actually being the case when Iran was shooting innocent protesters standing up for their dignity and rights a few months back. As a matter of fact, the President stood on the sidelines for days and refused to “meddle“ in the “Supreme Leader’s” business.
So, it’s just more hollow rhetoric that a global audience will soon catch on to, if most haven’t already. I’m starting to wonder if his speech writers are kept in the loop because in just about every speech there is some contradictory or untruthful statement that can be shredded to bits through a simple Google search.
