Disgraced Representative Eric Massa (D-NY) had some interesting comments recently about White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel:
"Rahm Emanuel is son of the devil's spawn. He is an individual who would sell his mother to get a vote. He would strap his children to the front end of a steam locomotive."
"I am showering, naked as a jaybird, and here comes Rahm Emanuel, not even with a towel wrapped around his tush, poking his finger in my chest, yelling at me."
As weird as those comments sound, especially the latter, I can't really say that I'm surprised by them. Emanuel has always come off as an ass, even one that stalks you in the shower to get his point across.
This controversy is far from over as Massa is also stating that he was forced to resign because of his no vote on health care. He's also hinting that he may rescind his resignation which might just make Rahm Emanuel punch him while he's showering next time.
Whatever happens, Saturday Night Live should have some good material for the weekend.
