Yeah, but at least they're not racist prostitutes

In another example of how despicable the biased mainstream media has become, Kathy Griffin called Scott Brown’s daughters “prostitutes.'”  CNN Reporter Dana Bash thought it was hysterical.  NewsBusters reports:

On her Bravo TV show Tuesday night, left-wing comedian Kathy Griffin referred to Sen. Scott Brown's two daughters as "prostitutes," and a CNN reporter apparently thought it hysterical. [Audio available here.]

Griffin, who was readying herself for a trip to Washington, DC to rally and drum up support for a repeal of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell," brought CNN reporters (husband and wife) Dana Bash and John King onto the show to "coach" her for handling Washington. Bash is a congressional correspondent for CNN, while King anchors the news hour "John King, USA."

When the couple showed Griffin a picture of Sen. Scott Brown and asked her to identify the figure, she responded "Scott Brown – who is a senator from Massachusetts, and has two daughters that are prostitutes."

Bash erupted with laughter, while King grimaced.

Simply repulsive.

When you have reporters acting like this - and others openly praising dead terrorists -  you’re either running a network that hates America, or not doing background checks thoroughly enough during the interview process.  I'm going with a little bit of both.

The new Democratic strategy: Stay away from Obama

If they want to be reelected, of course.

In the past, I’ve referred to Barack Obama as the Grim Reaper of political stumping as his “support” of Democratic candidates has pretty much guaranteed their demise.   Gubernatorial races in Virginia and New Jersey didn’t go as planned and we all know what happened in the Massachusetts Senate race.

Without skipping a beat, Tuesday’s primaries kept Obama’s political implosion streak alive:

Voters rejected one of President Barack Obama's hand-picked candidates and forced another into a runoff, the latest sign that his political capital is slipping beneath a wave of anti-establishment anger.

Sen. Arlen Specter became the fourth Democrat in seven months to lose a high-profile race despite the president's active involvement, raising doubts about Obama's ability to help fellow Democrats in this November's elections.

The first three candidates fell to Republicans. But Specter's loss Tuesday to Rep. Joe Sestak in Pennsylvania's Democratic senatorial primary cast doubts on Obama's influence and popularity even within his own party—and in a battleground state, no less.

After two years of a radical, leftist agenda, the cadre of former supporters experiencing buyer’s remorse has grown exponentially - and it’s showing in the anti-Midas touch of President Obama’s public endorsements.

It’s going to be fun to watch vulnerable Democrats tell the president to stay the hell away from them decline the administration’s public support in the months leading up to the November elections.

Scott Brown to vote for jobs bill

From Scott Brown's Facebook page:

“I came to Washington to be an independent voice, to put politics aside, and to do everything in my power to help create jobs for Massachusetts families. This Senate jobs bill is not perfect. I wish the tax cuts were deeper and broader, but I am voting for it because it contains measures that will help put people back to work. ... I hope for improvements in that process going forward.”

Some on the right are going nuts about this, but why?  Scott Brown is a Massachusetts Republican and he is going to have to break from the party line once in a while in order to justify his own existence back home.  Again, just in case you missed it, he is a Massachusetts Republican.

Those on the right shouldn't be surprised by this at all.  This is exactly what he said he was going to do on the campaign trail.  Besides, Reid may not even have the votes to pass the bill and what better way for Brown to display his bi-partisanship than voting for a bill that may never come to fruition.

It's still early, but Scott Brown may be smarter than a lot of people think.

Brown could beat Obama in 2012

I know, it's way too early to start this crap and we don't even know who Scott Brown is yet, but…

According to the Boston Herald, a new poll shows Obama/Brown in a statistical dead heat if a vote for president were to occur today:

If Scott Brown has kept President Obama up at night, there could be more sleepless nights at the White House thanks to a new poll that ranks the senator-elect as presidential timber.

A Newsmax/Zogby poll shows the Massachusetts Republican within striking range of Obama in a hypothetical presidential matchup.

The poll shows the pair statistically deadlocked if the presidential election were held today.

The online news site, newsmax.com, reported that Obama leads Brown by 46.5 percent to 44.6 percent among the 4,163 respondents in a poll with a plus or minus 1.5 percent margin of error. Independent voters, who helped propel Obama into office in 2008, favor Brown 48.6 percent to 36 percent.

Barack Obama came out of nowhere and three years before the 2008 election, he wasn't on anyone's radar. So who knows? If anything, if Scott Brown does decide to run for POTUS, he will have accumulated much more Senate experience than our current POTUS did before hitting the campaign trail.

And let's not forget, Obama has a whole untapped cornucopia of socialist carnage to wreak on America. That certainly will not sit well with most of the electorate and will definitely play a role with the 2012 vote.

The worst case of “political malpractice” – says DNC official

The Coakley campaign released a memo blaming the Democratic Party for their failures, citing a lack of financial support and sticking Coakley with unpopular positions on health care and Afghanistan.

Well, a senior Democratic Party official got wind of that memo and responded accordingly, as in he went batsh*t crazy:

This memo is a pack full of lies and fantasies — The DNC and the DSCC did everything they were asked and have been involved in the race for several weeks, not just the last one.

The campaign failed to recognize this threat, failed to keep Coakley on the campaign trail, failed to create a negative narrative about Brown, failed to stay on the air in December while he was running a brilliant campaign. It's wishful thinking from a pollster, candidate and campaign team that were caught napping and are going to allow one of the worst debacles in American political history to happen on their watch that they are at the 11th hour are going to blame others.

Before the DNC and DSCC got involved there was barely a single piece of paper on what the narrative is on Brown. The candidate in this race and the campaign have been involved in the worst case of political malpractice in memory and they aren't going to be able to spin themselves out of this with a memo full of lies.

The finger pointing has just begun.

John Kerry can sure draw a crowd…

…of 150 people, that is.

The pic above is from a Coakley campaign rally yesterday in Worcester, where John Kerry was scheduled to speak, and as you can see, the turnout was a tad, ahem, light.

Red Mass Group reported on the, um, rally:

They had John Kerry, their sitting US Senator, Jim McGovern their sitting US Congressman (and a supporter of terrorists), Tim Murray, our sitting Lt Governor and former mayor of Worcester, and the current mayor of Worcester, Joe O'Brien. They still ONLY turned out about maybe 150 people. Two hours later there were thousands showing up for Scott a couple blocks down the street. I thought this was pathetic and showed the weakness of their campaign.

And Keith Olbermann wonders why no one watches his show

In the video below, Olbermann calls Scott Brown an "irresponsible, homophobic, racist, reactionary, ex-nude model, teabagging supporter of violence against women..."

Boy, someone's a little upset with the will of the Massachusetts people, no?  If you're one of the three people that watch this idiot, don't bother tuning in tonight.  

As the election results trickle in, he'll be home curled up in the fetal position, sucking his thumb repeatedly mumbling "what is happening to my progressive dream?" 

The man is pathetic.
